KFC Italia Expands Its Presence in Italy
The world leader in fried chicken, KFC Italia, is expanding its presence in Italy and plans to invest 20 million euros in the country by 2022, opening 25 new stores and creating 500 jobs. The company has already opened 57 outlets in Italy since 2014, but it wants to invest even more in the Italian market as it considers this country its flagship European market. This growth has been attributed to the strong demand for the brand in Italy.
The Dalmine restaurant in Milan features minimal design and minimal finishes, with exposed ceilings and dark grey floors. It also features wood and Colonel graphics, giving the restaurant a dynamic international flair. It will be open every day from 11:30 to 23:00. The new branch in Milan is currently operating as a drive-through, but there will be an additional location soon. The Pomezia restaurant will also offer home delivery services through Deliveroo.
KFC Italy has over 50 outlets, including restaurants in Milan, Venice, and Turin. KFC is the largest American fast-food chain, operating in 18 countries with over 8 thousand restaurants. It is also the second largest chicken chain in the world. The company employs more than 1,000 people in the country. In addition, its chicken is certified to be of the highest quality, with all meat and poultry being grown in Europe. KFC Italian locations follow strict European Union standards.
